We only collect the information required to produce your appeal letter (vehicle registration, ticket details, contact email, and any uploaded evidence). Records are automatically deleted 30 days after creation or sooner if you request removal. You can request deletion or a copy of your data via the Contact page at any time.

Files and structured data are hosted in the UK/EU on Supabase cloud storage. Access is limited to the PCN Appeal Assistant team for support and compliance purposes and is never sold or shared with advertisers.
