You have 14 days to pay at the 50% reduced rate or 28 days to submit an informal challenge. Ealing Broadway and Southall town centres have high-turnover pay-and-display bays with strict enforcement. If Ealing reject your informal challenge they issue a Notice to Owner. You have 28 days to make formal representations. If rejected, Ealing issues a Notice of Rejection and you have 28 days to appeal to the London Tribunals, the free independent adjudication service for London council PCNs. Include any payment receipts, machine error records or photographs of the relevant bay and signage with your submission. The Tribunals process is free and conducted online; you do not need to appear in person. The adjudicator's decision binds Ealing Council but not you.
