How long does it take to generate my letter?

Your letter is generated instantly once you complete the form. After payment, the PDF is emailed to you within seconds and is also available for immediate download. There is no waiting period.

Can I use the letter for a POPLA appeal?

The letter is optimised for the initial informal representation stage, addressed directly to the parking operator. POPLA appeals require submission through the specific form on the POPLA website rather than a letter. However, the grounds of appeal set out in your letter can be reused verbatim when completing the POPLA form, so the letter remains a useful starting point.

What if I have already paid?

Unfortunately, once a PCN is paid it is treated as an acceptance of the charge. Payment closes the appeal process and the matter is considered settled. If you believe you were misled into paying, you may wish to seek independent legal advice, but this falls outside the scope of what PCN Appeal Assistant can help with.

Do you offer refunds?

If you experience a technical issue that prevents your letter from being generated or delivered, contact us using the form above and we will resolve it or issue a full refund. We do not offer refunds once a letter has been successfully generated and delivered, as the service has been provided in full.
